Delivered as promised. Very easy to set up with clear instructions. Fully tested as instructed with quick response by Lifeline to the 4 tests. Hopefully will not be needed, but gives the rest of the family peace of mind.

angry that I have been sent a bill for £200 for not returning equipment,,, yes I havnt sent it back as I have not been down to collect it.. I live at the other end of the country…..quick to take money when I got it for my father who passed away…. pity nobody at this company didn't even phone to check seeing as they hadn't heard from my father for quite a long time...…

Dear Ms Eiffert, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are displeased with the service you have received. I have checked details of your father's account on our system and can see that we were notified of the cancellation in January of this year and the annual subscription had expired at the end of January. We do provide our equipment on rental basis and it does need to be returned. We have tried to contact you on multiple occasions to see if we could assist you with the return of the equipment. During your last correspondence with ourselves you advised us that the equipment would be sent back to us in May, however, to date we still have not received it. We have been trying to contact you throughout recent months too with no success and therefore had no other option but to treat this equipment as lost and therefore invoice you for the costs. Please could you kindly return the equipment to ourselves at your earliest convenience, alternatively, if you no longer have the equipment, please do settle the outstanding bill. If you wish to discuss this matter further or have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us on our free number 0800 999 0400 and we would be happy to assist you further. Kind Regards

It’s total peace of mind that I can be assisted wherever I am in my home or garden. Just the push of a button and I know I will hear a friendly voice who , if needed will alert someone to come to my aid at once.

Very efficient service Box arrived day following my initial enquiry Very friendly and comforting telephone staff at a time of some distress (my wife had broken her hip and arm) Set up simple and testing a breeze Now feel comfortable leaving my wife for short periods

When I approached Lifeline with questions they were all answered quickly and gave me the information I needed. I was ordering the equipment for somebody else but ordering was easy and the forms that I had to complete were clearly laid out. The unit arrived the day after the order was placed (and no charge for delivery) and setup was straightforward. The elderly person using the equipment found it easy to test and to use. Excellent all round!

Gives peace of mind 24hrs a day, not had to use it in an emergency yet, but know how good it is as my parents had life line and had used it many times.

The very first time my mother used the service was when she pressed her lanyard button by mistake. The lady who spoke to mother was extremely kind, gentle, re-assuring and immediately put my mother at ease. I have no doubt that the service will be a major asset to us moving forward.

Had a problem at first setting up but Lifline24 were extremely helpful and reset the unit and made sure it was working. the lady was very polite and helpful. I would recommend Lifeline 24. Very pleased

After much research I chose this company for my Mother’s personal alarm. Everything was very easy to arrange and all calls were answered quickly and sympathetically. When we tested it the reaction was immediate. Hopefully she will not need to use it but it’s reassuring to know she now has something to get help with in an emergency.
