“Excellent service, very helpful. Telephoned one Friday late evening following a family emergency and having to call out the paramedics, who gave me the number. Following a 10 minute phone call everything was sorted, just had to fill in a contact form which was emailed to me, very straightforward, and the hardware arrived on the Monday morning as promised. The instructions for connecting the hardware we very easy and self explanatory and the call centre were brilliant whilst we did all the tests. A super service for less than £10 per month for peace of mind for all. Fabulous!”

“I feel a lot safer now with Lifeline24, friendly and helpful staff when I signed up. I have no complaints other than the set up is a bit complicated; with the box. After my spinal surgery i needed peace of mind if I fall or am unwell. You don’t need to be elderly to sign up anyone with ill health I recommend to consider it, at any age. The cost is worth it knowing you can get help quickly if you need it; it’s reassuring. I would highly recommend Lifeline24.”

“As I have only had my alarm system a week, and thank God I have not yet had to use it, I cannot really comment on a personal basis, but i feel safer now I have it. I hope I don't need it, but am sure you will respond quickly if I do.”

“This is a fabulous service at a very affordable price. It gives me so much security and peace of mind knowing that if anything untoward happens I'm just a push button away from help. I had no idea i could have this service independently of the local council. And lifeline do answer the call immediately. I was also able to refer this to my elderly neighbour. We are both delighted.”
