My dad has received the equipment thanks, but we are working on getting it installed! as he can't manage that him self. We learned you don't provide any help doing that..

At the moment my mother has received the equipment but nobody has been to instal does she have to do this herself only she is 91years of age full marks once installed

Everything worked fine whilst my mum had the system however. When she passed away they wanted all the equipment returning including the pendent. She was wearing this when taken into hospital and unfortunately passed away whilst there. We never received the pendent back from the hospital and thought nothing of it. Now lifeline24 are demanding it to be returned or we shall be charged £49 for it. Currently getting no help from their customer service and zero sympathy. All they did was offer to lower the charge to £20. Remember when saying goodbye to your loved ones to take the pendent back off of them. Unfortunately I never got a chance to say goodbye to my mum. Words cannot describe what I feel towards Lifeline24.

I rang for advise for my 92 year old Mother to have a Lifeline. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, new Lifeline arrived the next day,was tested, no necklaces supplied so rang and they arrived within 2 days. Very pleased with all help given and now piece of mind for my Mother. Many thanks

I was amazed by the speed that my parcel arrived from Lifeline 24 and it was simple to install. I was expecting an additional pendant but this was omitted from the parcel. I rang to mention this and it arrived the next day. Having the alarm will give me and my family peace of mind.

Although I haven't had an occasion to use this alarm yet, I have the peace of mind to know if I fall anywhere I have only to press the button and help is on the other end of this device. What a marvellous device this is. Thank you very much.

Clearly a good device but the person purchased it for seemed for some reason to have to wait for a email from yourselves fortunately she has the internet but what happens for those that don't. So maybe the statement a 5 minute set up is a little exaggerated

After my Aunt had a heart attack, I came to help my uncle who had had a stroke recently. By getting the lifeline I could be confident that when I leave they both can press a button and receive assistance. Range was impressive and tried inside an out build and as far away as possible in the property and every time it worked flawlessly. Staff are friendly and reassuring.
