Havent activated it yet but have got an issue. After ordering by phone, I received confirmation by email with incorrect name. My mother in law is called Peggy Clasby not Teddy. I emailed and phoned straight away to alter this and was assured it would be changed. My mother in law received the package and was worried that it wouldnt work as it said Teddy. Now you have emailed, still with incorrect name!

Excellent information provided over the phone. Delivery ontime as stated. Very easy to set up. Samuel explained everything fully Including reseaching the strength of the 4g signal at the location.

I've not had need to test it in anger yet, but the testing went very well. I feel as confident with this one as I was with the old one. The only complaint is that the pendant is larger than the old one so have had to use the neck cord rather than the wrist strap.

After some online research I ordered a lifeline with built in fall detector from Life Connect 24. I placed the order over the phone at 5pm and the package arrived at my Dad's at 10am the following morning. Setting up was very simple. My Father finds wearing the bracelet alarm very comfortable. It's been a very satisfactory process and gives us confidence that he is now able to access help in an emergency. Ten out of ten to Life connect 24

Siobhan was very efficient and informative. She took my details and those of my invalid Mother who the bracelet alarm is for. Very competitive price in todays financial climate. I was surprised the alarm would be delivered the following day.

Very poor customer service. Initially, the service was great. However, the auto renewal of the contract was not made clear. Money was taken from my account without notice, and the renewable price was 3.2x the previous year. Even after returning the previously unstated rental equipment, I have now had to take legal action to recover my money

Unfortunately our initial experience with the system is not positive. The lifeline system was incorrectly setup and linked to the wrong customer records, this was picked up and amended in the testing phase. The following day the pendant was pressed in an emergency situation but there was no response from Lifeline and no family members were contacted, it found that the system had reverted to to the incorrect customer. The client fortunately managed to crawl to phone a family member and an ambulance was called and she was taken into hospital. Lifeline have assured us all records have been amended and on testing the box it does now appear to be working as it should.
