I ordered this for my mother. Good website with well set out descriptions and easy to understand instructions. Ordering was a doddle. It arrived quickly and the set up instructions were very easy to follow. Going through each test call was painless and the operatives I spoke to each time were brilliant. First class service all round.

Lifeline 24 doesn't mention that there is a £35 charge which is non-refundable even when the alarm is cancelled within the 30 day cooling off period. Live chat doesn't mention it and neither is it in the refund policy printed on the webpage. Shame on you Lifeline 24, especially considering the age of the people you are dealing with.

Good Morning, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that our joining fee was not made clearer for you. Our refunds are processed on a case by case basis. The Set-up fee covers all of the hard work that goes into setting up a new alarm account. This includes the preprogramming of your box and all of the admin costs associated with opening a new account with our alarm response centre. Again I would like to apologise for that our policy did not live up to your expectations. Have got my alarm ,but haven't got it set up yet ...waiting for instructions to send my cheque , then will get it set up .....so far ,so good . Thanks .

This was my daughter's idea as I had recently had a fall and unable to get to the phone to call her. It will give her peace of mind I am being looked after. Very quick and easy to install and delivered the next day as promised.

Delivery was prompt and installing the alarm was simple following the clear instructions. Setting up the alarm was quite straight forward by pressing the alarm and talking with the contact centre. It was also reassuring that they answered the alarm so quickly.

The alarm was purchased for my 50 year old son David who has been a Type 1 Diabetic for 43 years and he has suffered a couple of strokes which has affected his memory etc. and he lives on his own. The alarm has given me, his mother a great deal of security knowing that if he should fall as his mobility is not too good since his strokes, or he should feel unwell he has at least got a contact at this very difficult time for us all.
