Was contacted by phone of upgrade to service by internet, doing away with the landline. Very clear explanation given, and new equipment received promptly.

Easy to use and quick to set up. I bought it for my mum, so far we haven't needed to use it but it gives us peace of mind knowing there's help in an emergency.

Mum of 94 years of age has had a lifeline 24 for a year now and has felt safer and the family are reassured knowing she has the alarm but recently the equipment has developed a fault which has been resolved very promptly and professionally by the team whom we would like to thank very much . We would definitely recommend Lifeline Connect24 and once again thank very much for their help and support. I

Mum feels safe and eases pressure from family! Bought it as she was getting worse with her health and pain. A point came when the alarm became a necessity and reasonably priced .Customer service professional and helpful. Reassuring for family

My mother in law (age 83) had 2 falls in the space of 1 month and we were getting increasingly worried about her. We mentioned Lifeline and she said she would consider it. I phoned LifeConnect24 and within 48 hours I received all I needed. Instructions were easy and we installed it as instructed. Easy, with someone on the end of the phone/unit to guide us. It was surprisingly easy and my mother-in-law admitted she now feels much happier. Thank you Lifeconnect24 for providing us all with peace of mind.

Brilliant, a real Lifesaver, came into use the morning after installation. 🙌☺️My wife had a fall due to osteoarthritis in her legs. My wife's legs gave way as she tried to move from her chair to the toilet. Thanks to the pendant, my wife could reach out using LifelineConnect24 by pressing the pendant on my wife's wrist. This immediately put my wife through to the LifeConnect24 office, and soon after, an ambulance and the fire brigade arrived at our home to lift my wife from where she had fallen with an inflatable cushion. I was working shift as an L3 FC lead (Temp) at the ICQA department in Amazon EMA1, and unfortunately, I was unreachable by mobile. Therefore, I am eternally grateful as I did not realise until I phoned my wife during my break four hours after my wife had fallen. By this time, my wife had been cleaned up and was recovering thanks to the excellent work of not only LifeConnect24 administrators but also the fabulous response teams sent by the ambulance and fire alarm services. 💪💓👍

Your link on Google headlines ‘Cornwall Council Lifeline’. You are nothing to do with the Council. I am happy so far with the lifeline but your advertising is deceptive and should not be allowed. I have reported this. It was not clear that one can have a pendant or watch. It shows both on all illustrations online and in your brochure.

Excellent price, easy to install and it works. Definitely provides reassurance to my family knowing that should I fall or be in trouble anytime, the system will do the necessary. An ideal system for any older person living alone.
