“I'm June's son and I arranged purchase of the wristband fall alarm for her, as she lives alone and had already experienced a couple of minor falls. The sales team answered all my questions (email and phone) quickly and effectively, the delivery was speedy and Installation was straightforward. Within a couple of weeks mum fell again and this time was able to use the button on the wristband to summon help when she could not get up. The service works exactly as promised and has enabled my mum to continue her independent living with a bit less anxiety for both her and for us, her family.”

“I purchased a Lifeline 24 as a Xmas gift for my elderly mum - it was delivered promptly the next day so well in time for Xmas. Sadly my mother stated that she didn't feel 'ready' to have one installed. I telephoned Lifeline to tell them and they said it was fine to cancel and return it unopened and on receipt they will issue a refund. This is a very good service when unfortunately the person that it is bought for refuses to have one. I can't thank them enough for their understanding.”

“I was impressed with the promptness of the delivery of lifeline and friends visited my aunt that afternoon and were able to set it up for her that day. They were very impressed when they heard the response on the line when they were setting the system up.”

“Excellent service. Easy to set up the unit. Simple device for my mother to wear. Great range to it.... 80 or more metres to far corners of property and yes, it works from there. A great peace of mind for me and friendly helpful voice when I've done the 'set-up tests'. Thank you!”

“So far so good haven't had to use it as yet except to test it. One thing though could you please amend the spelling of surname which should be FLAXTON. You have it reading as Flaxston which is incorrect.”

“Lifeline arrived as promised. Easy to set up...the problem was my end, trying to find a convenient place to site the base unit. Spoke to customer service, and various people during the setting up routine, very polite and helpful. Have not yet had the need to use it in an emergency capacity. N.B. DO CHECK IF YOU'RE VAT EXEMPT BEFORE YOU ORDER. I didn't think we were, but reading the info, it looks like we were exempt but didn't claim it.”

“I phoned they posted and it arrived next day. What good a service. I live alone so installed it myself it was tested and now up and running. Very satisfied hope I don't have to use it.”
