“I purchased the lifelines on behalf of my aunt and uncle and found the support and advice extremely helpful. The set up was quite simple and with the instructions provided and the lady at the end of the telephone we managed it together quite quickly. The whole process from ordering to having the lifelines in place is commendable. Thank you”

“The service was excellent, prompt delivery and very easy to set up. Purchased for my father who lives in a very rural spot on a small holding. When testing the range of the alarm the telephone ladies were very helpful in allowing me to make several tests out around the yard and garden. It was very reassuring to find that the whole of the farm yard and garden were covered. This lessens the worry for the family and makes my father feel more secure as he has had a few falls both in the yard and the house. Thank you Lifeline 24.”

“Very easy to order, delivery was quick (next day) and easy to set up and be ready to use. I had a bit of trouble initially, which was due to the phone system in my father’s house and nothing to do with Lifeline, I did numerous set up tests, all of which were promptly answered with patience and curtesy. Their only concern was that we could get the system working. Given peace of mind to all the family and would recommend.”

“Fast and easy ordering ,arrived next day, easy to install,, helpful staff,, ordered for my mom she pressed the help button and the lady that answered her call was excellent mom was confused but didn't need medical help ,,she couldn't get her new telephone to work,, the lifeline staff were great, and called me so that we could sort moms problem,, thank you lifeline for your care. we feel confident that if an emergency call should be made by mom all will be dealt with promptly. .”

“I'm June's son and I arranged purchase of the wristband fall alarm for her, as she lives alone and had already experienced a couple of minor falls. The sales team answered all my questions (email and phone) quickly and effectively, the delivery was speedy and Installation was straightforward. Within a couple of weeks mum fell again and this time was able to use the button on the wristband to summon help when she could not get up. The service works exactly as promised and has enabled my mum to continue her independent living with a bit less anxiety for both her and for us, her family.”

“I purchased a Lifeline 24 as a Xmas gift for my elderly mum - it was delivered promptly the next day so well in time for Xmas. Sadly my mother stated that she didn't feel 'ready' to have one installed. I telephoned Lifeline to tell them and they said it was fine to cancel and return it unopened and on receipt they will issue a refund. This is a very good service when unfortunately the person that it is bought for refuses to have one. I can't thank them enough for their understanding.”
