“I’ve really appreciated the excellent customer service from Lifeline 24. It was so easy to order and set up. When I’ve called in or emailed them the question was answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble for them. Whilst I hope I don’t have to use them very often, I can rest assured that when I do, they will be there for me. Thank you.”

“Fantastic service that was able to put my mother’s and my own minds at rest that she was not alone even when she was! Delivery was outstanding less than 24 hours later and very easy to set up and testing was simple with very patient assistants the other end. Thank you”

Dear James, Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. I am sorry to hear that the the drop tests you were carrying out did not work. All of our equipment is thoroughly tested prior to being sent to our customers. Please be aware that it is difficult to replicate an real life fall as there are a number of factors that would differ between the drop test and the real life fall. I can see that you have been in touch with our customer service team who have arranged for a standard pendant to be issued to you which has reached you already. I can also see that one of our technical support team have contacted you today to go through the drop test with you and to assist you further should you wish to keep the existing fall detector alarm. “I bought this for my Mum who has just been widowed and is living alone and has limited mobility. As she has fallen in the past, Lifeline has given us great peace of mind that, should it happen again, I and the emergency services will be alerted. Lifeline was really easy to set up, and Mum says the wrist band is comfortable to wear.”
