“Arrived promptly. Very easy to install. Excellent phone support when testing -very patient & knowledgeable. Products robust yet light & wrist band as unobtrusive as possible Only slight difficulty shortening & securing wrist strap - a bit fiddly. Excellent, professional service so far at a very competitive price. Our local council charges almost double!”

“Alarm unit and service are first class but only 3 stars because I ordered my unit February 10th. which was delivered next day as promised but I am still waiting for my key safe which was paid for at the same time.”

“I haven’t had to use the emergency call out yet,but thank you very much for your quick and helpful response to my order. The equipment came by return of post,was fairly easy to connect, and was tested and ready for use within a couple of hours . I have not as yet tested it from the garden.”
