I have just received my life line today. My neighbour who suggested it for me connected it up and we tested it tonight. Natasha was loud and clear and I am now wearing my bracelet feeling much happier , knowing I can call someone if the need arises .

The only concern I have is that when testing our alarm your representative said she would call us back after briefly testing our alarm and didn’t call back This did concern me

Our Alarm Response team prioritises emergency calls so this may have delayed their response to your test call. However, this is certainly not our usual process. Thank you for your prompt service after ordering this duly arrived the day after placing order as promised. I as an 88yr old, certainly wouldn’t have been able to deal with fitting the equipment alone, so had to get help to get this done. The connection after all was done was efficiently Connected and now working.

Firstly I have just transferred my nan from 1 company to lifeline24 equipment turned up today 20/3/21 set-up was so easy we done all 3 test now we have a big garden so nan walked right to the end of her garden and pressed the pendant button...and it still connected to the box absolutely amazing customer care team and the equipment is top of the range its so clear you can hear every word the team say on the other side

The wrist sensor and fire alarm does not work, although Lifeline are in the process of replacing these but explains a low score. Perhaps testing before sending needs improvement.

Very professional,friendly & efficient company. We set up the Lifeline yesterday for my elderly parents & both them & us feel reassured that help is on hand if they are ever in trouble.
