“Bought for my friend. Good clear information both in literature and over the phone. Next day delivery. Information form is comprehensive and easy to complete. Easy to set up system and check it is working. Very helpful staff on the end of the phone. I have been called out a couple of times when he has triggered a false alarm - so it works! It gives me peace of mind.”

“I ordered a Lifeline24 for my mum. It was delivered the next day a truly excellent service. The chap I spoke to was extremely helpful. My husband installed it easily and tested the line. A few rings later the call handler was pleasant and I am now confident that should she need to use it, her call will be dealt with easily.”

“We rang a couple of times to discuss how it worked & costs. There was no pressure to purchase. Having ordered, it arrived the next day. It was easy to install & set up. The testing to ensure it all worked was straight forward. The staff were friendly & professional throughout. Having the Lifeline now gives my family peace of mind.”
