“My Father has Life Alert with Fall detection. He was down on the ground for over 3 hrs yesterday and no Ambulance came and no one noticed until his care giver arrived and activated 999. My father said he was pushing the button and nothing happened. Not much reassurance here? He is in hospital now and not doing so well. No peace of mind. Second issue in 1 month.”

“The personal alarm with fall alert ws exactly what I was looking for to give peace of mind to an elderly friend of mine (and to me!). The brochure was informative and the staff on the telephone were very helpful. It was delivered the next day. once it had been set up it was tested and again the sataff were very helpful in explaining how the system worked.. Since then I have had two call outs, both fortunately false alarms, but they showed that the sytem would work well in a real emergency. I couldn't be happier with it.”

“Bought for my friend. Good clear information both in literature and over the phone. Next day delivery. Information form is comprehensive and easy to complete. Easy to set up system and check it is working. Very helpful staff on the end of the phone. I have been called out a couple of times when he has triggered a false alarm - so it works! It gives me peace of mind.”

“I ordered a Lifeline24 for my mum. It was delivered the next day a truly excellent service. The chap I spoke to was extremely helpful. My husband installed it easily and tested the line. A few rings later the call handler was pleasant and I am now confident that should she need to use it, her call will be dealt with easily.”
