Ordered for my 85yr old mother who lives on her own, but has poor mobility. After a friend recommended the service. Device came next day on the Sunday, but had trouble with the watch which never synced so was sent another 1 which works fine now.

Great service helpful staff that give you all the information you need. Also very responsive via email and help is there if or when needed. The alarm was easy to set up as well very happy. I set all this up for my elderly father and I'm very happy with the service I received I also feel better knowing help will be there if my dad has a fall

So far, I would give 10/10 to this team. It's installed, it's been tested. The guy on the phone initailly, Darren, was just lovely. On testing all of your operatives spoke clearly. Mum is very reassured.

What an awful experience I have just had with one of your so-called advisors/sales team. Tom as he said his name was, assures me his “attitude is exemplary”. I merely stated that the price he was quoting me for a falls detector £286.35 is hardly the £17.99 that is quoted on the website. This is for new customers only apparently and not for existing. He talked over me and said my mother would have got the initial discount. His attituded DID stink and not how your advisors should be talking to customers. Call was made 30.07.24 at 11.45. A letter of complaint will be being put forwards. BE WARNED this company hikes up the premiums the following year. Disgusting as the elderly gets ripped off time and time again Date of experience: 30 July 2024

Fantastic service and quick at responding the care that goes in to looking after The Elderly is 100% j rang at 11 pm as my grandmothers alarm stopped working within half an hour they had sent out a new box to make sure it worked as the old one wasn’t working the best to be on th r safe side they sent a new one within 2 days I had it
