What an awful experience I have just had with one of your so-called advisors/sales team. Tom as he said his name was, assures me his “attitude is exemplary”. I merely stated that the price he was quoting me for a falls detector £286.35 is hardly the £17.99 that is quoted on the website. This is for new customers only apparently and not for existing. He talked over me and said my mother would have got the initial discount. His attituded DID stink and not how your advisors should be talking to customers. Call was made 30.07.24 at 11.45. A letter of complaint will be being put forwards. BE WARNED this company hikes up the premiums the following year. Disgusting as the elderly gets ripped off time and time again Date of experience: 30 July 2024

Fantastic service and quick at responding the care that goes in to looking after The Elderly is 100% j rang at 11 pm as my grandmothers alarm stopped working within half an hour they had sent out a new box to make sure it worked as the old one wasn’t working the best to be on th r safe side they sent a new one within 2 days I had it

Easy to order. Received very quickly. Easy to install. Although the instructions were a little outdated for the new Bt master socket. I called and it was all explained and then installed .

Very efficient service and explanations over the phone. Next day delivery and all the payment and service options explained thoroughly by Harry. Pricing is competetive however the website does not differentiate between an analogue and digital system in the landline set-up. If the customer is not technically aware this could be confusing and involves higher pricing if digital landline is being used.

Person on the phone for the explanation of the system was so knowledgeable and helpful. When I received the system, the instructions were OK, a bit difficult, but got there in the end. Works a treat, up and running in an hour. Will definitely recommend

Excellent service. Having had issues with the monitor. The Tech team advised that after carrying out all the relevant tests, the monitor did need to be replaced. We received the replacement the very next day FOC under our contract. Well done and thank you

I needed to buy this for my dad after he had a nasty fall at home. From the first conversations I had regarding my reqirements the team delivered great service. They took the time to listen and talked me through all the options available. Once ordered the device was delivered the next day and was extremley easy to set up. My dad now feels re-assured that help is available at the touch of a button. Would not hesitate in recommending them to others considering buying a device.

Customer service of your team has been good BUT the new upgrade device is very disappointing as it false alarms continually. I think it is faulty as it went off today Sun 21st July around 7:30am for no reason I was in the kitchen making breakfast with it on my wrist and it was not activated by me. It also alarmed on Saturday evening 20th July at around 10:30pm your responder said it was the ‘fall’ alert but I was upstairs in my bedroom walking about. Please can you de sensitise it or replace the device if it is faulty.
