living alone I am more confident that should I not be able to get to a phone in an emergency, help is very near at hand.

Very simple to install - would have thought you would contact the emergency numbers to make sure they are correct.

Dear Mrs Johnstone, Thank for taking the time to leave us a review and I'm so glad to hear that you found the alarm equipment easy to install! Regarding checking the emergency contact numbers provided us, although we do not call through every number checking they are correct, we do have rigorous checks incorporated into our system and staff training which aids in the correct input of emergency contact data. For example, our online New Customer Form in which you can input the emergency contact details, the form will not accept mobile or landline number shorter than 11 digits. Also the online and paper New Customer Forms that are processed by our Customer Service Team are also checked thoroughly to ensure that all numbers have the correct amount of digits, and that landline numbers have the correct area code. Please rest assured that in the rare eventuality that a phone number is incorrect, our Care Team would be able to contact another emergency contact or the local ambulance service in an emergency. Inquiries would then be conducted and followed through so that we could obtain the correct telephone number. I hope that this information proves helpful for you and sets your mind at rest. The device came as promised the next day and was so easy to set up. I feel happier now leaving mum home alone knowing this system is in place.

The unit was mislaid by Royal Mail and sent to the wrong sorting office (not your fault). It took almost a week to arrive. However when it arrive it was very straight forward to set up, and we are relieved that Julia will not again be lying on the floor for a long period. It puts our mind at rest.

All the staff I have been in contact with, have been very pleasant and helpful. The acid test will come if I ever have to press the button , other than for test purposes !

Dear Customer, Please accept our deepest apologies for the delay in the delivery of your alarm system. Usually, we are able to offer next day delivery, provided our customers are able to place their orders before 4pm and on a working day, however, due to the extreme weather conditions in our area of the UK in the week commencing the 26th of February, there has been a delay in Royal Mail collections and deliveries. This meant that although the alarm was pre-programmed, packaged and ready to go from our Dispatching Team on the 27th of February, it wasn't delivered until later on when Royal Mail recommenced their services. We do sincerely apologise for these unforeseen and frustrating circumstances. What a fantastic service! Starting from the moment I made enquiries about the service for my father; to ordering, fast delivery, through to connecting and testing. All of the staff I had contact with was helpful, understanding, and very polite.

I needed an alarm system in a hurry. The online application was easy to complete and the delivery was prompt, as promised. The setting up was relatively easy and the system was up and running immediately. It is early days, but having the alarm has given peace of mind.

Had quite a bit of trouble fitting it up but with your help it was accomplished. I have not had to test it yetbut hopefully it will be satisfactory. I will do a test in one months time.
