I bought lifeline for my 96yr old father returning from hip replacement operation. Wished I could have done it all on the phone as Wi-Fi was awful but after delay all was fairly easy to set up. Being elderly myself I was timed out when completing the forms on line, very frustrating, but got there in the end. Wonderful service and such a peace of mind living 2 hours away. The price is very affordable as well no need to pay more.

The whole process from enquiry to setting up was very easy ,The system worked first time on test which is very reassuring. My only criticism would be in the key safe, I purchased the cheapest option but found a much better safe for the same cost elsewhere.

We compared several companies offering a similar service but Lifeline24 convinced by its clear website, the detailed description of the service and equipment and the friendly advice I received over the phone. The entire purchasing and setting-up process was easy and went smoothly. To have the alarm has given my husband a great sense of safety and security.

Very pleased with the service. The personal alarm system is very well thought out and the equipment is really easy to set up and start using. Everything arrived the day following my order and it all worked perfectly during the simple tests carried out with the assistance of a friendly voice at the end of the line. I feel a lot safer now alone in the house.

Order arrived promptly and was easy to set up. The initial testing was thorough and a couple of early false alarms were dealt with politely and reassuringly. I dropped one mark because for some reason we had to go through the initial tests twice, as the results had not been recorded the first time, but we are satisfied customers.

It was easy to order and set up, once tested with the staff at the call centre, the whole family was more at eased and reassured that our family member was safe and able to contact someone 24/7

When I signed up with lifeline 24 it was easy to do this on the internet.so easy to do .i have only just got my alarm sorted,but when I did a alarm test to make sure my equipment all works fine and the operator was very quick to pick up the call to see if i was ok, Look forward knowing lifeline 24 is always there to look after me,

I purchased a lifeline on behalf of my 92 year old friend to give us all peace of mind, I set it up today, the saleswoman was very helpful but could have explained that when the unit arrives that is when you put the recipients details either on a postal form or on the internet form. The ladies who answered my numerous calls as I set up the unit today were extremely polite, and my friend commented on this, many thanks, Ruth, Warwickshire
