“The box was easy to install, the staff very friendly and helpful.It fits neatly on my table and the button is easy to wear around either my neck or wrist and I feel more confident when going into my garden.”

“The lifeline 24 provides the family that mother is safe whilst we are not there, its a very discreet pendent around the neck & its worth every penny for peace of mind. I can only recommend the service provided. Excellent service, prompt delivery and extremely helpful support team it arrived the day after ordering. Set up was very easy. Tested and everything was up and running. could not have been easier”

“Really fast service, quick to install if a little confusing. Lovely people on the end of the line. Button is really small and waterproof makes it practical. Hope not to need it, but it’s peace of mind if I do.”

“The base unit came with clear instructions and was very easy to set up. The tests were reassuring and it’s good to know I can use it in the garden as well as indoors. I wear the pendant on my wrist and it is so small and light that I forget I am wearing it! I hope I shall never have to use it, but it gives me (and my daughters) peace of mind to know that, if needed, help is at hand at the press of a button. I am recommending it to several of my friends.”

“Excellent service. The alarm arrived the day after I ordered it. Setting up and testing was straight forward. All the people that answered the calls were clear and reassuring. I am confident that should my brother (whom this is for) need assistance Lifeline 24 would be exactly that a lifeline for him.”

“Lifeline gave me the independence to go out in the garden to enjoy the flowers which before I was too scared of falling and no one would hear me. I now feel I have a friend on the end of my red button.”

“No need to use as yet Purchasing online easy Forms to fill in take a while and didn’t get the confirmation email confirming ready to test As noted not had to use so can’t comment on service, hopefully will be as good as you claim”

“I arranged this alarm for my 92 year old mum who had been admitted to hospital following a fall. Originally sent a pendant but swapped it for the wrist band which is proving better for her. Customer Service very good and set up was easy for me to do but would prove difficult for a person of her age and frailty to understand.”

“Easy to order and fast delivery. When installing equipment telephone operators were extremely helpful and have given me confidence that if pendant alarm is used my mother she will receive a prompt response which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend”
