I telephoned today with a query regarding SmartLife personal alarm which I had not previously heard about. I was given a clear understanding of this alarm and realised my fall alarm was the one best suited to me. The operator was most helpful. Thank you.

Excellent service, dead easy to connect, very helpful staff, the alarm was activated about ten times, and we were informed very quickly, this resulted in us being able to quickly respond to dear Johns needs.

Previously had system installed for my wife , did not have any problems, therefore it gives me confidence in installing same system for myself. Talking to you agent on the phone, guided me through the system thoroughly, and assured me that as i am not yet on a digital land line system your new system will cover this when it eventually happens

I paid for a pendant for my father at a cost of £300 for the year after he had had a stroke. After the initial year I paid for a second year in March 23. Following my mother’s death in May my father moved to a sheltered accommodation where they had their own service. As he no longer required this service I requested some sort of refund for the remaining 9 months. This was refused by the company, even though all the equipment is in perfect working order and could be returned as it came. it seems quite mean spirited to me not to offer something, given the circumstances.

Good: response time is quick both by Customer Services and when the alatm is activated, which has happeneed occasionally by mistake ot for testing. Bad: theyl have a policy of charging the renewal over a month in advance of the start of the period. This prevents me from paying by direct debit, as I know no other service which takes money so much in advance.

Brilliant product and service. I would highly recommend to anyone who has an elderly relative or someone who is vulnerable. They stayed on the line until we arrived and also called after to check if they could help in any other way.
