“Your alarm was delivered in record time.It was simple to install. I now feel safe should anything happen. It's good to know that help is at hand at the press of a button. Both I & my family are really impressed at the whole service from start to finish.”

“Ordering, delivery and registration was easy. Some of the on-line form filling could be simplified/clarified as at times it is not clear to whom the questions apply, i.e., do some of the questions apply to me the purchaser (son) or to the person (parent) who is ultimately the end-user. The equipment seems to work well but after reading instructions I am not clear of the function of the home/away button - may be it is "self explanatory" but clarification would help.”

“From start to finish, dealing with Lifeline and setting this up for my elderly Mother has been an absolute breeze. Helpful online staff when initially contacting/enquiring and ordering could not have been simpler. Delivery of the Unit and Pendant itself was timely and the courier kept us appraised throughout as to delivery time. Pendant easy to set up, ordered a Keybox too which gave added reassurance in the event of my Mother having another fall. A great service all round and I would highly recommend this all to anyone that has a relative that they are concerned about. I live in China and so this is reassuring for me when Mum is on her own. Thank you.”

“Lifeline is what it is. It is good to know someone is on the other end of the lifeline and you are not alone. Everyone on the other end are very polite and carrying. Everyone that is elderly and live alone should have one.”

“Delivery was very good and it all arrived on time, thank you. After completing the documents (it might be better to make this stage clear before purchase), set up was easy but when I pressed the alarm for the first time (to test it) it did become slightly confusing, as the voice at the other end spoke and I was not sure what to say! The written instructions need to say that we inform the 'voice' that it is a test run. Once I did this, it became easier. I do think my 91 year old father would have struggled to set it up alone. He would have taken ages to get to the other end of the garden and back! Some companies offer a person to help with set up. This might be needed for elderly people on their own perhaps. However,all in all, it is all set up and we feel much happier to know that there is help there, if required.”

“We’ve just set up our Lifeline system and so far have found everyone we’ve dealt with to be pleasant and helpful. Hopefully we won‘t have to use the alarm, but if we do I am confident we will receive an efficient service.”

“A super, safe and responsive 'piece of mind' equipment. Bought for our 93 year old Mother it gives us the secure feeling that she is well protected and safe should she fall or have a medical emergency. The setting up was quick, efficient and friendly and very easy to complete. The cost is very competitive and provides all of her emergency needs. Excellent service and security. Thanks”

“Excellent support in setting up and testing. I am sure this will give us all peace of mind. Only reason it didn't get the full 5 star rating is that it would have been useful to include the telephone adapter in the kit. I had to go to 2 shops in our small town to find one.”

“Cannot fault the service we received. My mother fell in the house on a Sunday, i enquired about the product on the Monday and received the lifeline pack on the Tuesday. Very impressed with the super fast, friendly and efficient service and staff.”
