The alarm was purchased for my 50 year old son David who has been a Type 1 Diabetic for 43 years and he has suffered a couple of strokes which has affected his memory etc. and he lives on his own. The alarm has given me, his mother a great deal of security knowing that if he should fall as his mobility is not too good since his strokes, or he should feel unwell he has at least got a contact at this very difficult time for us all.

This is a quality piece of kit, it works really well and would not hesitate to highly recommend it,it has given me piece of mind that I did not have before the staff are also really helpful.

Once the decision was made and I made initial enquiries I was helped all the way through the process by very friendly staff.....equipment arrived next day ...fitted and working and tested within 20 minutes ...excellent service.

Very pleased with everything so far. Only disadvantage so far is the buzzing noise in the background on the landline when the other person is talking. Assume it is interference from the radio waves.

Lifeline24 has been a much needed product during this pandemic and I now have peace of mind knowing my elderly mother is in safe hands. Very helpful staff helped me setting up and did all the appropriate tests needed. I will recommend to everyone.

Purchase achieved via online and very helpful staff on a Saturday. The Installation kit came as promised on Monday morning and after patient and careful help from Wayne, I managed to programme the non-Lifeline keysafe! The LifeLine 24 equipment was extremely easy to install and setup and the emergency telephone operators quickly and efficiently led me through button and communication checks such that I was left with total confidence in the LifeLine system.
