“Very efficient service generally. Easy to set up and fast turn around. One point of feedback would be for the call button itself to illuminate when pressed as customers that are hard of hearing or in another room away from the hub have no visual way of knowing if the button has activated a response”

“The test call showing the way to use any nearby phone extension to hear the help desk (if you are not near enough to the unit to hear the operator on that) was the icing on the cake.”

“Very easy to set up, took me 5 minutes. To test the pendant button I went 15 metres to end of my Garden.. Absolutely first class! I now feel very safe and protected.”

“Great service from the team. Arrived next day and very easy to install. I purchased this alarm for my elderly parents to give me peace of mind when I am not contactable and peace of mind for them incase of an emergency . Haven't had to use yet thankfully but so far great all round service.”
