“Not being as alert as when I was y0unger I made an error in connecting the lifeline. On realising I had cut off my answerphone I rang Lifeline and was very patiently and competently taken through the setting up process until the error was found and I instructed how to correct it. Like many elderly people I have not relatives at hand to help immediately - and not all have friends either. Lifeline need to be aware of this. Nevertheless I can only applaud The Lifeline respondents who directedme in correcting my setting up error. They were not noly competent but also very patient and professional in helping me. I dd, however wonder if even this patience would have been sufficent for some of my age group and older and I hope there would be some additional assistance should the client not really be coping. “Really easy to order online after ringing to find out more information. Very quick, next day delivery and a one hour delivery slot given. Straight forward to set up. Not had experience of using it yet - in a way hope we don't have to!”

“My Nam,e is Mr.B.Adams. I purchased your panic buitton system for my broth in law prior to him being released from NH Care to live at his home. He is now living at home and has decided he has no need for the system to be connected at this moment in time. He is putting the equipment aside and should he subsequently decide he has use for it I will contact you again to confirm this so as that you can provide thuis service for hi. I apologise for any inconvenience caused but the matter is out of my hands until or if ever he changes his mind. Yours Sincerely, Mr.B.Adams.”

“Set up easy, testing excellent- all up & running. I was disappointed to find that the discount for paying annually was only for the first year. I cannot find any reference to that plainly set out in the literature and find it both annoying & underhand. Otherwise response staff are friendly & reassuring.”

“Exactly as they said it would, everything arrived within 24 hours, and having first watched the video of how to set up the equipment, (although to be honest my son in law did it ) He said how easy it was to follow the instructions and set the equipment up. Having completed the new customer form, I'm now waiting for the email to allow me to test the system properly. However, based on my experience so far, I'm not expecting anything to go wrong.”

“The order was processed quickly and the staff were all pleasant and helpful in the phone. The equipment took me a little while to set up due to the phone point being in a tricky position. Otherwise all easy!”
