“I ordered my equipment on the day I moved into my new home and got it set up ok. After a couple of days I noticed that my telephone was off and contacted Lifeline 24 who advised me to check the phone line with the equipment unplugged and the phone line plugged back into the socket. It turned out the equipment was the cause of my phone going off. Lifeline 24 sent me a return postage label to send the equipment back which I am going to do and they sent me a new set of equipment straightaway, and it seems to be working fine at the moment. I am 93 years old and it's comforting to know that I am not alone if I was to need them.”

“Alarm arrived promptly, easy to install and get it going, even with broadband running alongside. Operators ate friendly and efficient during set-up call. Apparently the box doesn't call a premium rate number unlike competitor services.”

“Managed to quickly & easily arrange a home alarm system for our lone, older parent, following discharge after elective surgery; thus, an initial ‘temporary’ increased risk of potential falls/ problems. Very helpful staff throughout, via phone & email support. Nothing was too much trouble & everyone has been friendly & professional. Really pleased with the service thus far, it has put our minds at rest for this time. Thank you!”

“The equipment arrived next day as promised, the instructions were clear and the final set up procedures completely straightforward. A change in information supplied online was updated on the spot by the call handler who was very calm and respectful to my elderly mother. Operation is really simple and the peace of mind it has afforded me, living 200 miles away, is wonderful. Thank you Lifeline 24.”
