Excellent delivery service and easy to set up

Wow We needed a quick solution and that is what we got. My mother lives in Belfast and I am the only person that looks after her. I realised the we needed your services on a Sunday before travelling from Devon to her on the following Monday. One email and it was kicked off. I receives a phone call at 08.45 on the Monday and I confirmed our need. The Unit arrived on the next day and was up and working by 10.00 Hrs tuesday. Thank you so much.

I have not had reason to call you yet, I only purchased Lifeline 24 last week, but the set up routine was very helpful and your representative very patient.

All contact with staff was extremely polite and helpful. I was assured that all calls were contained within the UK and not routed through a foreign country. Setting up was straight forward and didn't effect my Broadband, the staff checking all was well were polite and efficient. Glad to say I haven't had to put it to the test yet :) but I'm sure all will be well. Filling in the form on the Internet was easy too.

What I liked >Very quick delivery of items > Simple instructions > Easy self set up of unit > Helpful Lifeline 24 call centre operator at initial test of system What I didn't like > I have a True Call phone call screening unit. No specific instructions from Lifeline as to how this interfaces with their call unit. I rang the manufacturer of the call unit (not Lifeline) to get advice on this. > Chose the more expensive Police approved Keyguard key box. This unit will not allow a code where a digit is repeated. Also it accepts the code in any order. For example code 1234 can be entered, say, as 4321 or any other combination of this.

Arrived promptly and very simple to set up. I phoned the freephone number, as I had one query over setting up, and was helped by a very friendly and informed operator who double-checked the response for me. Very impressed all round.

Hello I am Christine Hayler’s daughter and just wanted to give you a review of Lifeline, so far. I ordered online with no issues and found it quite straightforward. Unit arrived next working day. It was very easy to set up, straight out the box. The test calls was done efficient. The gentleman on the other end was extremely pleasant and guided us throughout the checking process. My Mum also tested the devise, again no problems, and she was happy with the ease of the unit. On a negative note I found it very hard and long winded to complete the emergency contact form online, form dropped out twice (don’t know if this was internet issues) and had to start right from the beginning. Please, please put a system in places so you are able to save as you go along.

On line set up was very easy, the product arrived without delay as promised and was easy to set up and test. My mum now has greater peace of mind and it has added significantly to her wellbeing.
