“An excellent service from start to finish. A neat little system that is easily installed and gives my Mum great peace of mind that should she need help that it is only a button press away. All staff have been so caring and understanding.”

“Found the whole process of purchase straightforward, Delivery was good,installation and set up quick and painless, the operators were very polite and helpful when test call made. Gives us an added level of piece of mind while my mother still wants her independence. Would recommend Lifeline 24 to anybody thinking of getting one of these systems.”

“I am writing on behalf of my mother Sheila and it’s peace of mind for us both. The device is neat and comfortable to wear and after a day she said “ I don’t notice I am wearing it” As far as setting it all up the instructions are clear and when testing everyone was clear and friendly. We have just got it for peace of mind and hopefully will never use it but knowing there is some one on the end of the line who is friendly and caring makes a big difference.”
