I now know that in the event of a fall or other emergency I can call for help, This gives confidence to those of us who live alone.

Arrived very quickly. Operators very efficient but I felt they could have explained more on what they were testing on the phone as found it a bit confusing and rushed

Our Care Team who guide you through the initial testing also answer any emergency calls generated, so it may have been that there were many emergency calls waiting, which our Care Team must prioritise for safety reasons. The unit arrived the next day but unfortunately I was unable to install it on the day as the phone to unit connector was not compatible with the BT telephone and it has been necessary to purchase a further adaptor.

Ordered on a Tuesday received on a Wednesday.However as a non family member it took me a while to get the information that you required and as I was unable to save at each stage it meant I had to obtain the info and then only input once I had it all (but you dont know all the info you require)

I bought lifeline24 for my elderly Father who lives on his own . He has mistakenly pressed the wrist fall alarm a couple of times and he tells me that" even at midnight the response team were utterly charming!" Thank you!

I couldn't be happier. The service was excellent, quick and efficient. The people who I spoke to on the phone were lovely. So good to have peace of mind especially as I live alone.

Unfortunately I needed to cancel my order as my grandparents decided that they did not want the product after all. Although the contact centre team were helpful and prompt in response to my emails, they initially failed to offer the full refund I was entitled to under distance selling regulations and by virtue of the fact that we had not been presented with the terms and conditions to read and sign, having not yet worked through the new customer registration process. I had to specifically challenge their response to get the full refund including the £35 "new customer fee". I believe this is terrible service for a company that deals primarily with vulnerable people; if Lifeline24 had been dealing directly with my grandparents, I know they would not have challenged the initial response. The matter was rectified, but then I also had to chase up the refund as it had still not been processed three weeks after returning the equipment.
