Have only had the alarm for a few days but it has given my family peace of mind knowing that it is in place.

I am on my own as my husband is in hospital probably for some time so it is the first time on my own for about 65 years and I have to use a stick as I have a back problem and can fall if Iam not careful.

The Lifeline was delivered next day, The system was easy to set up and staff were on hand to talk me through the testing procedure. The system was set off in error over the last few days and the response was quick. Very happy

Helpful advisors through chatline facility and when ordering. Speedy delivery and easy to install. Reassuring to get personal alarm in place for my mum only 48 after ordering.

Order process was fairly easy, even for a technophobe like me. The device arrived the following day and was easy to set up. I now have peace of mind knowing my mum has a lifeline if she falls in her home.

Bought this system after my Mother suffered a fall that put her into Hospital. Really pleased we did because the first 2 evenings after her release from Hospital she needed assistance. Lifeline called my nominated number to inform me of the problem and even called my mother back some time later to make sure we got there and she was safe. System has paid for itself in my mind already

Excellent product very easy to install especially if I could do it. Sad to leave my dad living alone but relieved that he has a medical alert pendant that he can use if he ever requires. So reassuring for us all. Good price, excellent delivery and set up was easy in communication with the lifeline team - Highly recommended.

I have not been able to connect my lifeline equipment as my daughter was going to do that for me, but in view of the virus and isolation we have decided it is not worth the risk of her coming into my house to do the connection. I am looking forward to having this security, but unless you can think of what I can do it will have to stay in the box.

This was bought and installed for a 70 year old relative. Ordered on day 1 - delivered on day 2. Excellent. Installation was as follows: 1. Unbox 2. Plug in the power supply 3. Plug telephone cable into a telephone socket 4. Test - by pressing the "Help" button Its SO easy to install and use. Don't worry about losing a telephone as the alarm unit AND an existing telephone can share the same socket - a line splitter is supplied for this purpose. I tested the alarm several times and I was suprised by how friendly the call handlers sounded - something my relative also commented on. To be honest, if you're face down on the carpet needing help you are probably not going to assess how friendly someone sounds. However, if a friendly sounding voice = compassion and empathy then the call handlers have this in buckets. I liked that and made me feel re-assured that in an emergency it would be dealt with promptly. I feel this was, without any doubt, one of the best decisions my relative has made in years, to aid in her independant lifestyle whilst having a discreet 24hr helpline available. Excellent.
