“Very good delivery (next day) and very easy to set up. Box contents of excellent quality and the customer service provided could not have been any better. As I now live on my own and being in my eighties, I now feel much safer with this 'support'.”

“My daughter ordered the Lifeline fall detector for me after I had a fall at home and was unable to get up from the floor for 3 hours. I was unable to get to my phone and call for help. When my daughter came and found me I was blue-lighted to hospital where it was diagnosed I had suffered a mild heart attack. I am independent and want to live in my own home so my daughter ordered the Lifeline fall detector and we all now have the peace of mind knowing that if I was to fall again, Lifeline will detect my fall and contact my daughter immediately. A fantastic service which means I can feel safe and secure in my own home and my family know that if I was to fall again they would be contacted immediately.”

“Very helpful advice when considering getting Lifelne and fast, effecient delivery after ordering. My son-in-law set it up without any difficulty. I now feel reassured that my husband ( who has a serious lung condition) can easily summon help whenever I am out. So impressed I have obtained a second buzzer for myself.”

“Fortunately not been needed. My daughters friend s mother died recently after having a stroke during the night and not being found until the following morning. This tempted my daughter to suggest I have a pendant in case of emergency. I live alone have had both knees. and hips replaced and will be 79 next month. We both feel happier now.”

“Easy to complete application, pack arrived next day. I completed contact details etc on line. Pack states I should get an e-mail or similar, usually within 24 hours, confirming that all was ok and installation could be completed. 10 days have elapsed and I have heard nothing. Have installed alarm anyway and that was straightforward.”

“Online purchase experience was seamless. Delivery prompt as promised. Equipment of a good quality. Installation and testing was really easy and staff very pleasant. Had to purchase this as our local authority has ceased providing this service. But it's a much needed lifeline for user & family. Offers peace of mind and a great sense of personal safety.”

“The on line ordering service was very good, quick and simple. The goods were delivered on time. They're easily put together with simple instructions First alarm test with the company was ok but the lady didn't give us enough time to do the away from the machine test and just cut off. Hopefully all working OK.”

“Straightforward to order and to install. Lifeline 24 did everything they promised, when they promised to do it. My father now has peace of mind that assistance is only a button press away if/when he falls over again. I highly recommend Lifeline 24 to anyone who feels they themselves or a member of their family require peace of mind in the form of a fall alarm.”
