“The on line ordering service was very good, quick and simple. The goods were delivered on time. They're easily put together with simple instructions First alarm test with the company was ok but the lady didn't give us enough time to do the away from the machine test and just cut off. Hopefully all working OK.”

“Straightforward to order and to install. Lifeline 24 did everything they promised, when they promised to do it. My father now has peace of mind that assistance is only a button press away if/when he falls over again. I highly recommend Lifeline 24 to anyone who feels they themselves or a member of their family require peace of mind in the form of a fall alarm.”

“I got this for my 92 year old neighbour who occasionally falls in the garden and is unable to lift himself up. He can drag himself into the house and using his sofa can eventually get vertical. HE IS LAZY. Won’t do the exercises to strengthen his arms. There is about 10 years left in him and he is of totally sound & independent mind. He has a good relationship with his family, but does not want excessive interference. I park a car in his drive and have asked him what do they think of this (as it discommodes them, when he has to be collected). “Nothing to do with them, it’s my house” He does have a problem with the supplied wrist strap and wont use it. Also totally refuses to use the neck strap. He has manufactured his own wrist strap from a thin piece of velcro, which I think isn’t secure enough but there is only so much I can berate him. His life, HIS choices must be respected. Claims he is happier now than ever - despite considerable loneliness, albeit less than mine (& he’s no company for me as the opposite type of personality - I’m a warrior, he’s a mere WW2 soldier that saw NO action and had servants in India)”

“Alarm Unit arrived promptly, all items enclosed. Instructions for setting it up were straightforward and easy to follow. Initial testing was successful, got through to control centre very quickly. Very satified with this product. All staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly.”

“I purchased a Lifeline 24 alarm for my father after a fall. He is happy to wear the wrist band, although had to be encouraged to wear it in bed! The installation was simple and the testing went very well. My father was happy to speak to the people on the other end who were clear and patient.”
