Being in my seventies and living on my own purchasing a lifetime subscription from Lifeline 24 has not only given me peace of mind, knowing that help is there at the push of a button, but has also given my children comfort as they live some distance from my home. A great investment from a company that could not have been more helpful. Mr. N. Smith.

I was pleased with the service from initially contacting you my phone, to ordering the system and the speedy delivery service. However setting up the system in my home proved more challenging. Because I wanted to position the system upstairs the telephone sockets upstairs are auxiliary NOT the main socket which is downstairs, your instructions state to connect to the main socket. They also state to connect a telephone to the Lifeline box. When I contacted you by phone I was told that I did not need to connect a phone and the auxiliary socket upstairs would be OK to use. When I then ran the tests as instructed I got a lot of feedback (buzzing sound) when speaking to the call centre response team and when trying to complete the open line test the system would not close the line as expected and connect to the response centre team. I was told by the response centre to contact Lifeline24 direct and report these points, I did and whilst the open line issue should not cause an issue (our main phones are cordless and you cannot open the line without first dialling a number and I used a spare phone for this test) I feel the interference on the line when I contacted the call centre is not resolved.

I bought this alarm system for my mother after she had a fall. It arrived the next day as was promised. It was very easy to install and set up. Everyone at Lifeline 24 that I spoke to was extremely helpful. My mother now feels a lot more confident and safe and so do I knowing someone is always on call in an emergency.

Very good service with order placed pone day and equipment delivered the next day before 1200. Customer form filled in online which was very easy and within 6 hours received an e-mail saying unit could be fitted and tested All in all very good service and from ordering to fitting and testing took 36 hours which is really fast . We all feel a lot better now that my mother has 24 hours a day emergency medical cover

Lovely to have peace of mind! Installation was easy,online form simple. Testing procedure was straight forward and I just followed prompts. I ve had one false call which was answered promptly and politely. Delighted to be able to recommend this product

Unit arrived on time and was easily set-up. Clear instructions. Staff guided me through the initial tests and assured me everything fine. Mum triggered a false alarm the next morning, this was dealt with cheerfully by the friendly staff. Feel reassured that Mum can call for help immediately if she needs it. Excellent system.

Purchased this alarm for my eighty five year old mother who has recently had a fall at home. Excellent help from the sales team on request of information not found on website. Alarm delivered on time and very easy to install. The only difficulty I had was saving the online forms to complete and return, but with help from the team managed to solve the problem.

The Lifeline box has been a great reassurance to my Mum and to me. The 'voice in the box' has reassured my Mum who was quite nervous about getting it. When we connected broadband and when the electricity was off for a while , the people in the box told us exactly what to do to ensure Mum was still connected . No complaints at all; even my Mum feels it's good value !

This has given me great peace of mind now that I can contact someone should I need to. I am also finding little extra advantages like the ability to answer an incoming call on the loud speaker. The personal button is also much smaller and more discreet than several of my friend's buttons. Very pleased with the investment,, but lets hope I don't have to use it.
