“I am a new customer and haven't had cause to use their services as yet. As far as the ordering delivery installing and testing of the equipment has been concerned, everything was made very simple and easy and the response from the phone immediate friendly and helpful.”

“Very easy to order on line and with clear installation instrucctions Only suggestionis clarity in answering question about invalidity and VAT Do you think you are an invali ? “I have experience as a proffesional social worker of this service and have always found them to be extremaly helpful and reasuring for clients and relatives. At this time I have two dear friends using Lifeline. Lifeline have been wonderful with both, they have been efficient, producing a new one the same day the original was lost and sending a whole new system when asked for within two days. i would highly recommend this service.”

“This was purchased at the insistence of our children who pointed out that it would give them peace of mind. I have had previous TIAs and my wife has now been diagnosed with dementia. I have also just had major surgery but am recovering well. Peace of mind for us all !”

“Ordered lifeline via the Internet late in the afternoon which arrived 9.45am the next day. Easy to set up and to use. So far very pleased and feel much happier that if the unthinkable was to happen help is only a click away.”
