As I live a distance away from my mother I now have a peace of mind should she fall, I now know she wouldn’t lie unattended for hours, as she has her bracelet alarm on

I ordered this for my mother and it arrived very promptly. The set up was very straightforward and the staff that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. My mother feels more confident now she knows there’s always somebody there to help if need be.

Very easy to set up and gives peace of mind that should my father need assistance in an emergency we have a system in place to get immediate help to him.

The main reason is that I stopped worrying about who would help me if I had an accident at home. Since it was installed I have had real peace of mind.

As soon as all of the information for lifeline was sent back to them we were quickly up and running. The kit arrived within 2 days and the set up was very simple. My Dad now feels confident he has extra support at home.

I feel a lot safer now wearing my alarm button, knowing that if anything happens someone will know and get me help

I’m rather disappointed wth my wrist alarm. It has gone off twice accidentally. It’s then difficult to stop. Secondly i have very thin skin and it has bruised my wrist. Third I thought I would be covered for a greater area. If i fell out walking I’m not covered Your comments would be appreciated

I am very sorry to hear of the difficulties you have had with the Fall Detector and the bruising you have experienced. A member of our Customer Service team will call you very shortly to ensure you are not left with an alarm which is not suitable for you. Our Falls Detectors are designed for those who are unable to press their pendants, for example, for people prone to fainting or blackouts. This does mean that they are very sensitive to ensure they do go off when needed. If you do not fall under this category, the standard MyAmie Pendant can be more than suitable. All of our alarms are designed for use within the home and have a range of 100metres. I am sorry to hear this was not better explained to you at the point of order. Again I would like to apologise on behalf of Lifeline24 for any upset or inconvenience this has caused. I ordered a Lifeline 24 for my Mum. It arrived a day later, the service was very quick and help desk excellent. I found the equipment very straightforward to install (I did this for my Mum as at 83 she is unable to get down to plug in the sockets etc) It has given both myself and my Mum peace of mind, knowing that if she does fall whilst she is home alone she can press her button and summon help.

As I am now living alone I thought I ought to have a back-up system for any emergencies. System works even from the bottom of my garden. Gives me peace of mind knowing that someone will come if needed .
