Lifeline made everything go so smoothly.I am usually a panicky type of person but I needn’t have been worried as everything went so easy.i hope I don’t have to use the lifeline but it’s piece of mind to know it’s there.

Once installed, when I tested the system it worked perfectly and the people on the other end were SO patient and helpful. I just hope there won't be too many false alarms with the button being knocked/squeezed inadvertently! Very satisfied.

So simple to order and delivery next day was a bonus. Set up and connection so straight forward and lovely friendly voice on the end of the phone. All the family are now confident that our elderly mother will have the best care if she ever needs help at anytime. Many thanks.

Equipment arrived promptly, and was very easy to setup and test. It would be helpful if there was some kind of 'portal' we could login to in order to check / amend the details we have registered, eg contact numbers

Good service easy to set up only criticism is the cost of calls when pressing alarm is not stated anywhere and was not informed that the line would be tested again next day

Dear Mr Miller, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are happy to hear you feel our service is good. Regarding the alarm activations, as the alarm is attached to and works via the landline telephone, when the alarm is pressed for help, there will be a standard charge for the use of the landline. However, this charge is exactly the same as if the alarm user were to phone a friend or family member themselves. The number dialed by the alarm is not a premium rate number. We are sorry that this was not made clear to you on point of order and will certainly aim to provide clearer information as and when you require. Concerning the testing of the alarm. After the first initial test calls conducted by the alarm user (or a friend or family member), our Care Team do conduct an automated test call regularly as a safety check, to ensure that the alarm is functioning correctly from their lines, to yours. These auto-tests are quick and usually conducted in an hour that would not disturb the alarm user. They are necessary to ensure the alarm fully operational for the safety of the alarm user. You cannot save and return to the online registration it was not easy to complete in fact I had to give up and use the paper version so we will not have cover for the start of when we need it.

Dear Customer, I’m sorry you had difficulty with our online New Customer Form. As this form is vital to the set up of the account, we encourage our customers to fill it in as soon as possible in order to get their alarm up and running ASAP and therefore the option to save it and come back to it later isn’t currently an option. I will certainly raise this to our web team to look into whether this can be implemented.
