The lifeline 24 has given me back peace of mind that if i need someone i only have to push the little red button and moments later a freindly voice ask me are you alright can we help !

Delivery was prompt and my telephone queries were helpfully answered. I bought this alarm for my mother and it is reassuring to know that she has the back up that you provide. As with many requests for reviews I can give a more reasoned response when it has been available for use for a year or so, not just 1 week.

I ordered everything on line very easily, and it was delivered within a few working days, and when I did the test the people at the end of the line were very helpful and talked me through everything I needed to do.

Prompt delivery of apparatus though had to call service line to have system checked as I didn’t receive an email, as expected, prompting me to do this Good service once I called

The installation process was very easy and my daughter-in-law and I actually enjoyed doing it. By the time we completed it I was not nervous about using it if and when I HAD to. Within a few days, I did have to use it for real and everything was familiar. The response gave me lots of confidence and the difficulty that my wife had was handled and resolved very well.

Read recommendations - all positive. Ordered and item arrived quickly. Very easy to register and set up direct debit on line. Set up (easy) and did test which worked first time. Good price for peace of mind for me and my family.

I ordered this for a neighbour who is partially sighted and had a fall. She now feel much better knowing she can alert someone if it happens again.

A few weeks ago I fell at home and was unable to reach my phone. I pressed my Lifeline button which I was wearing around my neck and the the base unit answered immediately. Help was forthcoming and ambulance was called, and I was taken to hospital where I remained for about 1 month. I was very relieved and happy that the whole process worked very well and would highly recommend Lifeline to anyone who felt they needed the reassurance of feeling that you are not alone.

Delivery was very quick, i received an email to set up the contact details for my mother, it was very simple to do. My son set the system up in a few minutes and my mother feels much more settled.

The lady on the chat line was so patient and helpful. As a third party trying to arrange this on behalf of my elderly father, I was expecting it to be problematic, but it was anything but... the biggest problem was my father who has lots of resistance to receiving help. I had several conversations via the chat line and it really helped put my mind at ease about the whole process.
