As of yet, haven't had to use it, but when I activated it, they were very friendly and helpful.

My dad who bought the fall detector alarm system is a little disappointed that there is no mic in the wristband. It is almost impossible for him to be heard anywhere in the house other than a few feet from the base station.

My details were wrongly transposed, by you, and/or submitted (by me), and getting a copy was difficult. Eventually I got a copy and have now advised you of the wrongs, which were making the device invalid. I await a further corrected copy which promised by you 5 days ago, to see if the device is now finally active . All new customers need to check their details automatically, and you should get this changed. If I hadn't I would have sat in ignorance of it's uselessness and when lying on the floor dying, briefly wondered why nobody was coming to my trscue. Makr this automatic improvement v soon.

After mum had a fall someone recommended Lifeline 24 , we ordered it and it arrived the next day . Setting it up was easy and we have peace of mind that mum will be safe

Very easy selection and set up , we tested the system and it worked well, happilywe haven't had to use it in an emergency yet.

3 units all failed . First a bad battery. Second didn't work at all. Third faulty power pack. Sorry but not good enough. Caused much grief and anxiety.

It has been a real peace of mind having lifeline there for my Mum the last few years. When she needed help and I was away abroad they were brilliant. I can’t say thank you enough.

This is the worst company I've had dealings with. TWICE I had a fall and on both occasions nobody contacted me from the company, nor did any medical help arrive. FIVE hours "I was out of it" until a neighbour called and let themselves in. The second occasion I was on the floor for 45 minutes. the alarm kept saying someone would talk to me soon. Then the alarm said "battery low." Nobody spoke. I sent the alarm back, as instructed using a label received via an sms message from the company. I haven't received the £415 taken from my account. I think small claims court will have to be next.

Purchased for my mother a week ago. Jos was very helpful on the phone and as he said it was easy to install. My mother has pressed the alarm by mistake, but the operator was fine with this, quickly checking she was ok. Gives peace of mind that help is there in an emergency.

I am very very pleased with my new lifeline box which does not need a phone line. I had wires draping everywhere and apparently the land line was costing me £18 a month. So although the LIfeline box is a little more expensive I am saving money. I tested it a day or so ago and it seems excellent. I havent tested the long distance mode yet but I am sure it will be good. Many thanks, Val Torreggiani.

Yeah price was good compared to many and staff was friendly and honest when it came to making a game plan best for me with my epilepsy in what it would and wouldn't detect. Over all very happy, was impressed with the short top up charge time being I have to be wearing it near 24/7.
