Peace of mind, very quick delivery, easy to install and friendly staff to help with testing. Feel at lot better knowing if the worst happens, help is only a button press away

Arranged life line for my mum after a recent admission to hospital, set up was very easy. Thankfully mum has not used it yet so can't comment on how well it works, but it has given me peace of mind. Hopefully she will remember to push the button if she requires help. Hopefully it will alert us if she falls too. This was another reason for the purchase as she struggles to get herself back up when fallen previously and had had a really nasty cut to her face

Excellent ! The Staff that answer an accidental press are so kind which goes a long way with people who find themselves in a position. ie vulnerable they don’t want to be in ! Just one small thing, when I did fall the alarm didn’t go off , I did report it and was told it was to do with the position of me or alarm . ( Managed to get myself up ) advised to press alarm anyway if a fall occurs. The lady I spoke to was very helpful..as I said kudos to the Staff And the whole set up.

Ordered a package for my mother, came the very next day, so easy to set up & during the testing phase you could hear the operators at Lifeline so clearly. It also has a great range as well tested it at various points within her house and it worked perfectly.

We have just tested our newly installed alarm and it has worked very efficiently. As yet, of course, we have not had the opportunity to see how well it will work when it is really needed.

Poor system - it makes an annoying squeak every so often when connected to their call centre - apparently they know about it but it’s how it works ! - as you can imagine really annoying when trying to talk, let alone in an emergency.
