The lifeline has given my parents the confidence to remain in their own home knowing they can summon help quickly if needed.

Very pleased with lifetime 24, easy to setup and staff really helpful when contacted. Bought for an elderly relative and would definitely recommend.

I chose Lifeline 24 as when I read about it, I thought it suitable for me. Because I was looking for sheltered accommodation and it is almost a 2 - 3 yr wait, I chose Life Line as an interim. I am very impressed by the speed with which they re-acted on my first enquiery and subsequent order. Both my family, friends and I feel much more secure and I have already talked about it to a friend who has upon my recommendation installed it and when she goes out her husband puts the lifeline 24 on wrist and only takes it off upon her return. I wear mine all the time.

Delivery was exceptionally quick. Very simple to get going and the monthly check is done very quickly.

Web-site clear and very helpful Friendly and gave good explanation on phone when placing an order (no hassle or pressure) Delivered when promised Quick response when testing Have not had cause to use it since arrival (fortunately!), but with the above experience have the utmost confidence that we are in safe hands - thank you

I have only been a customer since October and have tested my pendant on receipt of the equipment an also once a month. The service has been good on those occasions. There is just one thing which I am not sure about and that is when the unit dials after a few rings it stops and then starts dialling again. Is this normal

In regards to your question, this is completely normal - the first dial is to establish a connection with the Care Team and the second is to identify which customer the call has come from. This way, the Care Team can find your details and have your relevant information in front of them. I hope this has answered your question. Equipment was delivered next day as promised. Set up was very easy and testing with control centre was very efficient. I now have peace of mind and know I can call for help should anything happen. Additionally my daughter has peace of mind and less worry, which I know is good for her. I hope I do not have to use it but it's there if I do.j

We heard about lifeline from a friend and thought it would be ideal for our mother, who lives about an hour away from us. Lifeline gives her more confidence (she lives alone) and gives us peace of mind knowing that she can easily get help (and we will be contacted) if she has an accident. Although she has never had to use it for real, she has tested it occasionally and has always had a friendly, reassuring voice on the line in seconds. Thank you Lifeline, for giving my mother her independence, and her family the security of knowing they're only a button press away!

So reassuring to have Lifeline for my mum. The alarm is simple to use, to set up and test. When we have pressed the button, we have spoken to a very professional calm person and knowing this service is there when I can't be is fantastic.

got life line for my aunt, who Is almost ninety years of age just for peace of mind for everyone, it arrived within 2 days of ordering and was easily set up within minutes.

You are under the impression the Lifeline is mine. In fact it is my son's and he has brought it to this address temporarily while he is staying here for about a month around Christmas. Wearing the sensor gives him confidence knowing help is available if he should have a problem.

Ordered this on behalf of my mother. Having installed the device, which was quite simply done, I then contacted the helpline to undertake the initial setup testing, which involved a number of different tests to not only prove the connection, but to establish the maximum distance the device could work from the house. Each time the call was answered promptly and the agent knew exactly who he/she was talking to. My mother now calls to do her monthly check and has found exactly the same experience. This gives us both great reassurance that in the event that she had a real emergency, she would receive a responsive, efficient service. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
