Setup and tests with helpline staff went very smoothly. Very friendly Staff. Only slight issue was the delivery by royal mail - their 24 hour service took over 48 hours.

Helpful advice from the first telephone conversation. The equipment arrived the next day and all instructions were easy to follow for instalment . The testing carried out was thorough giving confidence for the future.

Lifeline 24 could not have been more helpful , informative or pleasant to deal with .Such a relief to know that my 93 year old mother has an alarm and can get help easily anytime .

Lifeline gave me great advice and the device arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Knowing that my mother now has help at the end of a button press makes me feel more relaxed about her living independently on her own. This literally is a lifeline!

My Mother passed away last month without ever using the lifeline service she had had since 2017, and after speaking to lifeline we returned the equipment. When I enquired about refunding the rest of the years rental they insensitively said it was because we only have a 30 day cooling off period from the payment (Sept). Apparently this is in their terms and conditions, which we did not receive, and are not on their website. To get the most from this product you have to pass away at the end of your years contract. They have now offered to return the lifeline to me for the remainder of the contract, which apparently they should have offered when we first contacted them.

Delivery came next day as promised, set up really easy and staff on phone lines friendly and knowledgable. So far, only installed a week ago, very impressed.

I think this product is great,It arrived the next day after ordering it for my Gran , Easy to set up, and ifeel at ease knowing my Gran can get in touch with someone if she falls.

We have had it installed for my Dad and it’s great peace of mind knowing he only has to touch the button and they contact us or an ambulance. So easy and quick to install and update all the contact information. Highly recommend. Peace of mind is well worth the cheap monthly cost.
