The alarm arrived on time and was very easy to set up. The operators who answered the test alarm calls were extremely helpful. I feel a lot better knowing that my mother only has to press the button on her wrist strap to call for help in an emergency.

Shortly after receiving the lifeline equipment my mother's health rapidly declined and she passed away on the 23rd of November. Lifeline is no longer needed Thank you.

Customer services are excellent. They listen, understand, and suggest remedial solutions if/wherever appropriate. I needed to rectify a telecoms issue and they were so helpful. Speedy despatch of equipment and all done without any difficulties whatsoever. Congratulations team!

The wristband we received from new is faulty and my father has no falls protection. The customer services team promised a replacement would arrive next day. It did not arrive and it now transpires it wasn’t sent out in time to arrive next day but nobody told me. Not only has this left Dad at risk for 48 hours, it created other nuisance and difficulty because I live a long way away and now have to rely on carers to set the replacement wristband up. I have no confidence whatsoever in Careline - a faulty product and a broken promise in the first 24 hours of dealing with them. I wish we had gone elsewhere.

It was decided that for the peace of mind, a Lifeline 24 panic device would be wise. Ordering was easy as was setting it up and testing. From now on, my wife will know that when she is out, I will not be alone should I fall. I am equally happy too but hope I will not need to use it.

Lifeline 24 is a great idea. My brother in law had a few falls recently and we invested in Lifeline 24 because he couldn't get up to get to the phone and let us know he was in trouble. Now he wears his alarm round his neck he should never be in that same predicament again when on his own at home. It is giving us piece of mind knowing he had his alarm.

It was not too difficult to connect the Lifeline and hopefully, we will never have to use it but it gives us both peace of mind in case it is needed in an emergency.
