“Excellent service from all staff that I had contact with from sales to call centre. Information clear and accurate - they did exactly what the said they would do or better. Fortunately haven't yet had to use the system for real but set up tests worked well.”

“I had no difficulty in setting up the Lifeline for my Mum. Everything was well packaged and arrived safely. The key safe was easy for my son to fix up and the service to test the device was excellent. In fact this morning after 24 hours at home my mum had a fall and had to use the lifeline so I know it works brilliantly. They called me and an ambulance took my Mum to hospital.”
