“Spoke iwth Staff, ordered and came on time. Instructions accurate and simple to follow, registred as advised, setup kit, phoned in to test device and alarms. Perfect. Could have not asked for simpler/better service.”

“Very efficient service, the equipment arrived the day after I ordered it on line, it took only a few minutes to set up the unit and test access with the monitoring centre. The pendant is very light and comfortable to use.”

“When I decided on a personal alarm I researched the field. I thought Lifeline 24 had the edge. Being a disabled widow in my 80s I was worreid about fixing it up by myself. (Other firms send someone). However -- although I had to phone for help a couple of times, I did it! The ladies on the phone were very helpful, and I feel safer with my button. Thank you. Now I have to get over the idea that it is a magic button that will PREVENT me falling!”

“I signed up for the Lfeline 24 service following several falls in my home. I received the box and pendant the day after I completed the paperwork online. The box was quick and easy to set up. I wear the alarm as a pendant and it is comfortable to wear. It’s waterproof so it doesn’t matter if I get it wet when having my hair washed or being washed down. My daughter researched various alarm systems before I signed up for this one. Not only is it the cheapest but the whole process has been very easy. Thankfully I’ve not yet had to use it.”
