Excellent service. Contacts changed for holidays efficiently and without quibble . One fall incident dealt with quickly and efficiently. Friendly, helpfull,patient staff.

I am delighted to say that although my wife has not needed to use you in an emergency she has accidently pressed the red button by mistake the call has been answered immediately with the utmost concern for her welfare. Thank you. Brian Pollack

Delivery was prompt. Self installation was easy to do. Although not used throughout the year it has bed piece of mind.

Excellent service. Have had to use it only once 'in anger' so to speak. Staff were very helpful and it is reassuring for me and my family to know it's there and it works.

The lifeline dosent seem very load we check it monthly however mum has not needed to use it yet I do worry that she will be heard

Having had problems with my broadband, we live in an area where it is almost impossible to maintain the connection, a phone call came through from the centre dealing with applications. I was so impressed that the problematic application had been picked up and dealt with so promptly. This gave my Father great reassurance that the service I said he would get would in fact happen. On setting up his lifeline the check process was once again easy, efficient and gave us as a family the peace of mind that we needed. Thank you to all involved in the system.

Overnight delivery as promised. Very clear and easy installation instructions. Made the initial test call and was taken through the different tests very clearly, gave a lot of confidence in the service. Particularly pleased that we were asked to make a test from the furthest point of the building to make sure the range was OK. Recommended.

We've been so pleased with the service Lifeline 24 has given us. Mum had the pendant in August but didn't really understand how it worked. She wore it on a daily basis and then recently she needed to use it as there was rainwater coming into her wetroom through the drain and flooding her home. The Lifeline team were so helpful, reassuring her and guiding her through getting to the front door to unlock it and wait for the fire brigade to come, in essence they thought through what was needed in order to get her outside in a safe way. Although the phone operator had to go off-shift, he asked a colleague to contact us later to ensure Mum was OK. She has since then needed to use the pendant again when she became ill in the middle of the night and needed help. The team were quick to call us (even though we were in the next room!). We would highly recommend the Lifeline service to anyone who is considering using it.

This life line is for my sister and I have to say she is very happy with it. The appliance was delivered quickly. Her grandson fixed it up for her and all was easy to do. Thank you.

Brilliant service. Phoned on a Friday filled the on-line form in before 6pm Saturday & the equipment arrived on the Monday. Very easy to install & all up & running straight away. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful & explained everything in words we could understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.

This service has been incredibly efficient as I have to use when I have fallen in the house friends and family are on the phone list andl lifeline keep me informed about the help which they have organised
