“A superb service, thank you. The information provided was clear and transparent, the alarm arrived as specified, next day and excellent instruction were included which were easy to carry out and connect to the service. “Very efficient so far. The alarm pack arrived 24 hours after the order as promised and the activation etc was easy too. Company members were very polite and helpful. There seems to be a computer glitch with sending on line company care details but this was resolved via a separate email submission.”

“I ordered an alarm for my terminally ill mother on 24th August. Still waiting for the alarm to arrive (30th September). Company said a new one was sent out for the first one that never arrived - 2 weeks later we are still waiting. Terrible service, and devastatingly disappointing experience, especially given the importance of their product.”

“Excellent service from admin team. Equipment easy to set up. Only let down by next day delivery promise which did not happen meaning we sat in for 2 days before it arrived. Royal mail were delivery company.”
