My alarm was delivered less than 24 hours from my ordering it. It was very simple to set up and the test call went very smoothly. So far have managed to avoid setting it off accidentally! I feel very reassured now I have it in place and wearing it on my wrist suits me as it leaves me free to wear a necklace if I wish.

Bought this for my elderly parents - great product, easy to set up and very helpful company. Would highly recommend this and the testing process is very reassuring.

The ordering procedure on line was quite straightforward and the equipment arrived very quickly. When I had set it up (also quite easy) I found your ladies very helpful in guiding me through the checking process. Of course the real test will be if something happens to me so I must wait and see.

Really helpful and easy to contact customer service. Installation was simple and we received it very quickly. We are have peace of mind now that Mum is safe.

I have an 83 year old mother in law who has had a couple of fall recently , We all feel much happier knowing that she can contact us if she has a fall when I am not home, She wear hers as a bracelet and finds it no problem at all nice and easy to put on, even when she is swimming

I live alone and have type 1 diabetes im also an amputee with a prosthetic leg so lifeline gives me peace of mind knowing that there is help available when and if needed.

When I set up the system my first call was answered promptly by a very friendly member of staff. The set up system was easy to understand and each time the staff were again polite and swift in their reply. Lifeline button is small and my mum does not find it cumbersome to wear on her wrist.

We are very happy with the set up of the alarm and the instructions you provided.. however I am managing things from here in New Zealand . So please keep things as easy for dad in the uk as possible. Jane

Very impressed with the audio/hearing abilities of the aparatus. We were concerned due to being larger house but operatior was able to hear and we could hear her!

My mum has a lifeline pendant. Initially she wasn’t too happy having one but after falling and breaking her pelvis in 2 places she agreed to, only for 3 months though we were told! That was 18 months ago! She wears it under her clothes and forgets she has it on. On several occasions she has unknowingly caught the button and immediately she had a response from Lifeline! The lifeline operatives are really helpful and informative and very caring towards mum. It’s very easy to install and very clear. I would thoroughly recommend Lifeline not only for Mum’s peace of mind but ours also.

I am so impressed with the service I received from this company. I ordered for my Mum after mid-day on a Friday & received the alarm the very next day! I thought I would have to wait a few days to set up as it was a weekend, I assumed the new business contact form may not have been processed. I assumed wrongly. When I telephoned to test the alarm it has been processed and we were up and running! I have also used the online live chat twice with excellent results from those chats. I feel confident if my Mum used her button, the alarm call will be attended to in the correct manner. Thank you Lifeline!!
