Ordered online, received next day in a one-hour delivery window. Easy to set up, I can sleep more easily now knowing my mother can alert us should she fall. Great service, great price, thank you LifeLine24!

Recently I learned that a neighbour had suffered a stroke which left her unable to get to her telephone. It was 2 days before she was found! She survived but her outcome would have been much better if she could have summoned help immediately. Now, having set up my personal alarm with Lifeline24, I feel far less vulnerable living alone with my health issues. I set up the equipment myself and it couldn't have been easier. No problems with my normal telephone or broadband and I was talked through the final setup. Using the red button on my pendant I summoned help from the bottom of my garden! Peace of mind for less than the price of a pint per week!!

So far I haven't needed the service, but when testing the equipment I have had no trouble.

I found the whole process really easy and the staff I originally spoke to were most helpful. I did do some comparison on prices etc. with other suppliers but yours came out the best. I accidentally pressed the alarm by mistake but the staff did not mind at all. Would recommend you.

Mum has not had cause to use the service in an emergency yet. However, the monthly check calls she makes have all been answered promptly and politely. All payments and communication have gone smoothly so I have no reason to complain.

Having Life Line in my house gives myself and my family peace of mind to know that in the event of an unexpected occurrence someone is on the end of a phone by way of pressing a button kept round my neck 24 hours a day. We recently had a severe power cut in the Lichfield area. The day after when power had been reconnected, Life Line phoned me to make sure that everything was still in working order. I felt that this was very efficient service.

Its very reassuring to know that my mother is being looked after by you. As I live twelve miles away if she has a fall I know that somebody will come to see to her.

As I live alone since my husband died 12 months ago and my son lives 300 miles away the lifeline gives us both the security of knowing help is there at the press of the button especially after my recent heart attack which was quite a frightening experience being on my own and stay in hospital which happened before I purchased my lifeline alarm.

Reliable and easy to install equipment. very good customer service. My Mum is totally pleased as every time we see her we test it and its worked perfectly for the last two years since we installed it.

i have received very good service , i placed the order and paid and the following day the goods were received . They did tests on the unit to make sure it worked and contacted me regarding a number that was not correct on the forms. the service was very good , and as i live overseas its peace of mind we have that service for my parents . keep up the good service

Found telephone staff very helpful and equipment was delivered the next day. Installation and testing was quick and easy. Have not had to use the alarm yet but feel confident in the service.

Quick on response.When I lived in carlisle they had their team of helpers but I suppose this arrangement is not so easy to service clients living in the countryside who have to rely on friends and neighbours to come to the rescue but who can be contacted via lifeline.Nevertheless Lifeline is a very good service.

Purchased on behalf of elderly neighbour. She has not needed to use it in an emegrency yet but finds it comforting to know its there, On occasions when she has acidentally knocked the button she has been reassured to know it works.
