I am 74 I set it up myself . The testing went alright a lovely pleasant lady was patient and made it easy . I feel safe having the pendant . I fall and have heart disease .my husband as dementia . I worry should anything happen to me my husband would panic and wouldn't know what to do . I have a key safe outside too . I have Peace of mind .

Overall a very good service but there were some inconsistencies between the information provided on the website before purchase and the information sent with the package (potentially longer set up time than advertised, for example). I was also surprised at how long it can take for the service to answer a call - whilst testing the system we were put "on hold", however once we got through the call team all seem very friendly and reassuring. We have yet to use in a real emergency but it offers some peace of mind.

I have purchased this for my father, who since my mother's passing, has been living on his own. This has given me such peace of mind to know that should anything happen he just needs to press a button and help will be on the way, especially as I live a little way away from him. Very happy with how easy it was to set up; with all the instructions being clear and precise, which makes a pleasant change! Hopefully, he won't need to use it, other than the monthly test, but it is so reassuring that he has it if need be.

I bought Lifeline24 for my Father who is becoming increasingly infirm. The whole process of buying the product was very easy. Product arrived on time and as promised. Easy to set up with friendly call centre following the instructions and testing. Father feels much more confident already - knowing somebody is there if and when he might need them. I am also more comfortable in the knowledge that Lifeline 24 will be there if he needs them and me.

Now that we have purchased the alarm for my dad we have all got peace of mind as there are 5 of us keeping an eye on dad we now know that if dad should fall again we will be contacted rather than worry all the time is dad ok. The ordering of the system was so easy, installing it could not have been more simple and the operator on the other end was so helpful when we did all the alarm checks especcialy the check for out side the house where dad usually falls.

All delivered as promised, however no instructions in package how to set up so had to use internet via phone as elderly relative has no internet access. On testing all worked ok, again however little disappointed at speed of call centre in answering, over 3 minutes, i accepted response within 30 secs as per old system and company.

The ordering process was very straightforward and I didn't have any difficulties even though I am not very computer savvy. I think that the peace of mind is for my relations and friends who worry a little that I am on my own most of the time and that anything could happen. A really prompt efficient service. I placed my order online late afternoon and it was delivered the following morning. Very easy to set up for my Mum and we both have peace of mind that she can get help straight away should she need it.
