“Very patient and helpful team that did everything we needed to set up a unit for our 88 year old friend. A issue with a fault device was quickly sorted by sending out a replacement. Peace of mind that our friend is much safer now.”

“The life line was easy to install and test, we did not have to wait for the online forms to be completed before we were able to test the system. We were pleased to find that the lifeline call button was still able to make an alarm call from the bottom of the 100 foot garden.”

“Really impressed with the efficient stress free way Lifeline dealt with me. I filled in the relevant forms on line and the following morning the equipment was in my home via special delivery. Setting up was straightforward too. Highly recommend.”

“Instructions were clear and simple to follow. Call was answered promptly and the operators were most helpful although the process was so well organised that they had little to help me with. Mum appreciated the compact size of the alarm and I feel much happier about her living on her own now the system is in place”

“We did a great deal of research on-line before deciding to use Lifeline 24 but, on the showing so far, are very glad that we did so. The equipment, as promised, arrived within a day and was extremely easy to set up (the written instructions were unusually simple to follow, and the whole procedure very intuitive). Then came the necessary initialising tests (as described on those 'joining instructions'); the calm, professional and extremely supportive voices at Lifeline 24 were most reassuring. The proof of the pudding will, of course, be when/if the equipment needs to be used 'in earnest'. But, on all that we have seen thus far, we seem to be in extremely safe and caring hands. Thank you.”

“Prompt delivery service and easy to install this machine for my mother. Gives all the family peace of mind that she will be safe should an accident occur and that family/emergency services will be able to attend to her. Machine is compact and pendant is a good size, not bulky. Voice at other end of machine is loud and easy to understand. Would recommend to any person living alone and vulnerable.”
