“Delivery service excellent (next day by courier as promised). Set-up very easy and support team superb in checking that everything was working ok. A few days after receiving the alarm, I inadvertently pressed the button without realising and a call came through immediately to check that I was ok. Brilliant. Thoroughly recommended.”

“I purchased two of these, 1 for my 86 year old uncle and one for my 85 year old mother. They both know how to use as it is very easy to set up and check once a month. The advisers are very helpful when setting up and it only takes a few minutes....would recommend as it gives me peace of mind”

“I bought the lifeline pendant for my mother who has heart disease , following a couple of bad nights which ended with hospital stays ,my mum lost her confidence to sleep on her own , despite another bad night mum has her confidence back as thanks to the lifeline24 team I was at the hospital before the ambulance that bought her in. when mum pressed the button they called the ambulance then me ,they took the time to explain what had happened and what her condition was. it was also of great benefit to me its a weight of the mind. I would recommend this to anyone on there own healthy or not if there on there own.”

“I arranged Lifeline24 for an elderly friend and I would like to say how easy the whole process was from ordering to installation. The delivery was superfast, the installation quick and easy with excellent, clear instructions and the Lifeline24 team who answered the alarm during our testing process were friendly, professional and very reassuring. My friend says she feels safer knowing help is only the push of a button away. Thank you - a great product!”

“Had to arrange a method of contact for an elderly neighbour who suffered a fall. After a very quick look at providers we decided on Lifeline after speaking to Holly. The device arrived the next day and installed immediately in readiness for our neighbours discharge from hospital. Effortless set up and First class service”

“The service was very good and very happy with everything accept my mother suffers from very bad arthritus and has difficulty pressing the button we did have the adaptor which can be put round the neck but she couldn't manage this. She wears the wrist application but has to really concentrate to enable successful pressing of the button”

“Ordering and delivery were excellent. Set up easy and clear, so great - thank you. But telephone contact to check things on set up was less satisfactory, with voice seeming impatient and surprised I was ringing ('why did I need to ring?'), despite me following instructions to the letter. She said she was busy with 'important calls' (fine, but the tone of voice wasn't), and that she'd ring back - she didn't. I can cope with that, but an elderly person setting up on their own, eg my mother, would be really thrown and it would undermine their confidence.”
