“Took a long time to come after promises. Service initially was poor. Made a formal complaint and after 10 days of waiting, I received a response and the lady was accommodating and put things right.”

“I arranged to order the life connect by phone and was impressed the excellent service and despite the order request was undertaken just before Christmas and during the postal strike it arrived very quickly.”

“Be careful! Cancelled their service as it was no longer required, I informed them via email and phone in good time, they still took the yearly subscription charge without my permission or consent, completely unacceptable and now they will claim it takes 2wks to refund. Second time posting this review as they had it removed!!”
