“I am very happy with my alarm but the wrist button is too sensitive as i have accidentally set it off twice in the first three days of wearing it”

“I ordered this for my mum after my dad passed away and she was on her own. I had bought another make and model a few weeks before from another company. I could not make this work, so I sent it back. However, the delivery of Lifeline 24 was very quick, the set up was so simple and, although luckily, mum hasn’t had to use it yet, I’ve great hopes that the service if she should have to use it will be first class also.”

“I am so pleased i have chosen the life line because obviously it was a shock at the age of 49 to have a strokei want to be as independent as i can be so when i havent got my support workers with me at night time as well when im on my own i can wear my lifeline and feel very safe knowing if i had a fall or needed someone i have contact straight away pressing it thks i feel alot better thks i dont feel so vunrable”

“I haven't had to use my Life-line 24 under emergency conditions, and i hope i don't have to but that little red button bracelet certainly gives me the confidence I need after spending an unplanned night alone in the back garden, that didn't benefit any aspect of my life. I put it on as soon as it arrived.”

“The alarm arrived the next day as promised and was very easy to set up, with the excellent help of the call centre. As we have not yet had to use the alarm it is difficult to give a review for that, but for myself knowing that my mother has this alarm now I am definitely feeling less stressed about her being home alone as she wants to be.”

“Gives me and my wife peace of mind that if I need assistance I just have to press a button luckily enough I’ve not had to use it as of yet hopefully I won’t need to use it by ear is there just in case.”

“To date we have been unable to set this up, we have been sent a new cable and are awaiting a new box. Not happy with the item so far. Will be requesting a refund if this does not work, Mrs Doggett has already had a further fall without this in place.”
