The alarm came the next day after I ordered it. It gave me piece of mind that I can stay in my home and be as independent as possible.I needed to purchase an alarm because at the weekend 25th November I had fallen over and couldn't get up.I had no means of contacting anyone.

The service from Life Connect is easy to access, friendly and helpful. The telephone contact is very clear and staff friendly. The device set up worked smoothly and was extremely easy to follow. Knowing my dad has the alarm and now wears the fall detector on his wrist is a great comfort and relief to us. Thank you to the staff at LifeConnect.

Bought for my husband on recommendation from my sons friend. It was a very easy set up, but the router cable was too short for our purpose, no problem, just bought a longer cable and all fine. Very nice voices even when hubby presses button in error. Thank you šŸ˜Š

Outstanding customer service. Had a low battery alert on the base station, phoned customer support and after a quick analysis concluded a new unit was required. The replacement arrived via Royal Mail just 25 hours later on a Sunday.

Your Lifeline 24 was of no use to me as it could not connect to an EE Signal. Has I known this was the case I would not have ordered it in the first place as I had changed my Mobile phone to O2 because of the very poor service from the EE signal. I did receive two calls on seperate days from you to check if I was OK, this was whilst the Pendant etc was in transit after being posted back to you so, like my phone whilst with EE, it worked well outdoors but not at home. I would be grateful if you would inform me when you receive the returned pendant and when my full refund ha b een placed in my bank. Thank you Pam Hammer
