“They were very efficient and polite and explained both the purchase and the use of the equipment. The delivery was prompt and when the equipment was set up it was easy to test. I now feel much happier than before as I now have access to help if needed”

“I was impressed with the promptness with which the equipment arrived, though I had to check two days later as I'd not heard whether my application documents had been succesfulty up-loaded. However when I did telephone a couple of days later I was quickly informed that everything was up & running, so I did the test which proved succesul.”

“When I phoned to ask for information it was to a British assistant not a call centre. None of the usual press 1 for sales etc. No "your call is important to us" malarkey, straight through to a very knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful assistant. In all I phoned 3 times and it was the same on all 3 occasions. Couldn't be more satisfied. Also, even my 86 year old mum found the whole procedure straight forward and I couldn't recommend Lifeline 24 too highly. Delighted.”
