“We have not had your system too long, however the support and friendliness over the phone is excellent. June is very pleased that she is able to rely on the system, and it is easy for her to use in case of an emergency. A Happy Christmas to you all.”

“It does what it says on the tin. The technology works. It is affordable and gives the reassurance you need when you have cronic conditions. The staff at the end of the phone do answer and ensure a reliable service when you do a monthly test”

“I am actually not the recipient of the Lifeline. I purchased it for an elderly lady who did not have access to her bank card at the time she needed to pay for it. As far as I am aware, she has not needed to use the service but does feel more secure knowing she has it.”

“I was delighted with the service received from Lifeline staff when placing my order. The machine arrived very promptly and I didn't find the instructions too difficult to understand! All my dealings on the telephone when we 'plugged in' were courteously dealt with, and we feel more secure now that my husband has the facility to 'press the button' if ever it was needed. Many thanks for all your help, and I would certainly recommend you to any of my friends.”

“Luckily my Dad hasn't had to use your service but when he accidentally pressed it you guys responded super fast! I currently live in Sydney Australia and feel Dads being looked after when I'm so far away. Massive thanks and Merry Christmas to all of your Team at 24! Cheers Jason”

“Choosing Lifeline 24 for my elderly mother has been the best decision we could have made. The support we have received has been absolutely perfect - on the times she has had to call for assistance she has had a caring voice and all contact has been carried out in a professional manner. I would not only recommend, but say we wished we had done this years before. Peace of mind - and all down to Lifeline!”
